Your small backyard should not stop you from setting up a beautiful garden. You can still make the most of your small garden space and turn it into a sanctuary. While this might sound difficult, it actually is not.
One great garden decor you can install is a fountain. Fountains can make outdoor spaces look serene. They immediately get rid of your stress so they are worth investing your money on. Designate it in the middle of the garden where it will be flanked or surrounded by shrubs, flowers and even trees.
On the other end of the garden, plant small flowering trees with slim branches such as crab-apple trees and blooming cherry. Plant them in clusters. When they produce flowers, they will make that part of the garden look pretty. Add long benches or make-shift benches around the trees. This will serve as your sitting area.
Decorate the area around the trees and the fountain with colorful rocks. In between the rocks, you can plant flowers or add shrubs.
To punctuate the style and design of your garden, you can then add night lights. Try adding lamp lights with poles that can be buried under the ground. You can also use rope lights to illuminate the shape of the trees and the shrubs. This way, your garden will still look beautiful and noticeable even at night.
With these decorating ideas, you can pretty much transform your simple and small garden into something more beautiful. These ideas won’t even require you to spend a lot of money.
